From 19 to 26 October 2022, it's that time again: the international plastics and rubber industry will meet in Düsseldorf at K 2022 and present its news and innovations. And of course, our Film Extrusion and Recycling Divisions will be there as well.
A key topic at the exhibition is the circular economy. To further advance this topic, we are working together with partners from the entire value chain on high-performance mono-material laminates. These full PE packaging solutions can be recycled after their original use and be reused in the circular economy for new end products. Our customers also benefit from a new development in the area of digitalisation: The customer-oriented digital service platform Isa io supports you in your operations by storing and analysing machine and process data in real time. Our blown film lines are running reliably at our customers all over the world. That’s a given fact and we do not need to prove it at the show. Instead we will present the key components of an Alpine line – all engineered and produced inhouse and perfectly adapted to each other. Hosokawa Alpine's Recycling Division will also take part in K 2022 and present its machines and systems. One topic here is the grinding of rubber. This task places special demands on machines and systems. We have developed innovative solutions for both ambient and hot and cold grinding of rubber. For ambient grinding, we have the new Hosokawa Alpine Rubber Powder Mill in our portfolio, which does not require cooling.
Another innovation in our portfolio is the Polyplex PPC 50/120, which combines shredder and granulator in one machine. The special feature: The machine has a vertically arranged rotor with an upper shredding zone and a granulator zone below. Visit us at K 2022 and discover the advantages of the Polyplex PPC!
