In our research and testing centres in Augsburg and Leingarten, our customers are normally able to carry out trials aimed at configuring a new system and to supervise these personally. However, because of the current travel restrictions, these on-site visits are often not possible. But thanks to our digital test supervision, you still have the chance to experience the trials live. How?

It's as simple as this:

First of all, we plan together with you the general set-up and a date for the trial, and then you send us your test material. Via video conference you and your partners at Alpine arrange the details and the intermediate results.
With our remote maintenance software Alpine PIN, you have live access to all trend curves and look directly at the operating panel of the system control unit. Analysis results can be viewed together on screen and even product samples can be checked visually via video. You want to have a look inside the system? Using a camera or data glasses, our test engineers can let you look directly into the system. And we are naturally available per video or telephone as your personal contact throughout the entire process. It goes without saying that we then send you product samples and a detailed test report.

On-line acceptance tests

Now - remote system acceptance via video conference

The factory acceptance tests (FAT) constitute the perfect opportunity for our customers of subjecting their new Hosokawa Alpine system to the acid test prior to delivery. Together with our engineers, the design and function of the machines are put through their paces. And to make all this possible and to successfully conclude your project despite the current contact restrictions, we offer remote system acceptance via video conference. By switching direct into the test process on-line, you can experience the FAT just as if you were personally in our testing centre.

Global support in real time – with our teleservice

Questions can crop up about new installations and also during commissioning and other procedures. Our service team is your fast and competent partner in these kinds of situations. At the touch of a button, we can support you with our long years of experience – anywhere in the world. And that saves time, costs and nerves! Our technical solutions comprise our service software Alpine PIN as well as modern data glasses with which we can see things from your point of view wherever you are in the world and can communicate with you in an audiovisual manner. This innovative tele-maintenance tool makes it possible for us to see what you see, meaning that we can assess the situation at the machine live.

The individual steps of commissioning can be portrayed via our remote service. Dependent on the problem specification, your contacts in our divisions decide on the possibilities of remote commissioning and support your skilled personnel with their specialist knowledge. In the event of process-technological difficulties arising, we merely need your data and can connect – assuming your clearance – directly with your system using the Alpine PIN software. This is not only user-friendly but in addition reduces the fee-based service time for our customers because you allow us to only access your machines in a selective and flexible manner.

We can also help if mechanical problems crop up: defects and faults can be analysed digitally via the remote service and guidelines for action can be derived. You profit from the technology of the data glasses – training courses aimed at optimising your system and the (normally) on-site support of your qualified personnel can thus be performed in a contactless way and across wide distances.
