Hosokawa Alpine enters into a joint venture in Brazil

Hosokawa Alpine, one of the leading suppliers in the field of process technology and film extrusion, enters into a joint venture in Brazil. SAPS Ltda. (Advanced Solid Processing Services) in São Paulo is specialised in the size reduction and processing of products in powder form. The joint venture was set up together with Dynamic Air, a specialist for the pneumatic conveying of dry bulk materials originating from Brazil. As a toll processer, SAPS offers its comprehensive services with immediate effect on the South American market.

With an area of more than 1000 m², the SAPS factory is equipped with the newest grinding systems in proven Hosokawa Alpine quality and works together with the largest and most modern pilot plant in Latin America for the processing of bulk materials. A fully equipped test laboratory for powder analysis is also available on the premises.
