Updated on : 06/22/2021 - The Russian packaging manufacturer DeltaPack produces sustainable film solutions on a line from the Augsburg-based machine and plant manufacturer Hosokawa Alpine.

DeltaPack Russia has invested in an MDO inline 5-layer blown film line from Hosokawa Alpine. The line will soon produce fully recyclable films.

Production of recyclable films

Full PE packaging made of monoaxial oriented MDO film is not only recyclable, but also meets the highest mechanical and optical quality standards. In close cooperation with DeltaPack, Alpine's blown film experts have designed a customised line for optimal MDO films. Dow has supported the development with tailormade polyethylene resin know-how and testing for efficient machinability.

DeltaPack from Rossosh, Russia, is one of the industry leaders with over 20 years of experience in the production of flexible packaging. Employing more than 200 packaging specialists, the company covers the entire production process from film extrusion to printing, lamination and bag production (stand-up and gusseted pouches, 3-sided sealed and shaped bags).
