Hosokawa Alpine is committed to identifying, assessing and addressing cybersecurity vulnerabilities in a responsible and coordinated manner. We welcome vulnerability reports from customers, partners, researchers and other stakeholders.
Report a Vulnerability
If you believe you have identified a cybersecurity vulnerability affecting a Hosokawa Alpine product, please contact our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).

Please include the following information where available:
- Affected product name
- Machine number, serial number or order number
- Description of the vulnerability
- Potential impact of the vulnerability
- Steps or information required to reproduce the issue
- Contact details of the reporter
Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure
Hosokawa Alpine operates a Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) process for the responsible handling of reported vulnerabilities.
We kindly ask reporters to refrain from public disclosure until remediation, mitigation or coordinated publication has been agreed.
Product Security Updates
Where appropriate, Hosokawa Alpine may provide information regarding cybersecurity vulnerabilities, mitigations, security updates and remediation guidance for affected products.
The communication channel and distribution method may vary depending on the affected product, customer environment, severity of the vulnerability and applicable contractual or regulatory requirements.
