Table Roller Mills

Table roller mills operate on the principle of pressure comminution and are particularly suitable for soft to medium-hard, brittle-elastic bulk materials. The material to be ground is passed over the rotating grinding table and hydraulically pressed grinding rollers several times, ensuring efficient comminution. An integrated air classifier separates the desired fine fractions directly during the grinding process, whilst particles that are too coarse are automatically returned to the grinding zone. This robust technology allows for easy adjustment of fineness and rapid product changes, thereby offering a high degree of flexibility. Typical applications include the grinding of limestone, gypsum, dolomite, talc, bentonite, quicklime or petroleum coke.

With our AWM table roller mill, you can achieve final product finenesses of approx. 20 µm – 100 µm.
