Filters are the end piece of every pneumatic conveying system, here the product isseparated from the conveying air. To ensure that pumping can take place as efficiently as possible and at a high performance level, Hosokawa Solids Solutions uses special filter media that generate a low pressure loss despite the high filter surface load.
Hosokawa Solids Solutions RCF filters with automatic cleaning serve as the primary filter stage after pneumatic conveying, as ventilation filters during dosing/filling or as silo filters.
The FPO series serves as a kind of police filter to protect downstream system parts such as vacuum generators, in the event of damage to the main filter. They also prevent an ATEX zone at the air outlet.
