Pre-Crusher
With a Pre-Crusher A PC continuous flakes are made into pieces.
The crushing takes place with counter rotating grinding rollers which are either equipped with bars or discs.
- First crushing stage before granulation
- Preliminary crushing of flakes
- Crushing of "plates" on particle sizes < 30 mm
- Dust-free coarse crushing
- Make clumped materials free flowing
- Roller diameter: 300 mm
- Working width of 200 to 800 mm
- Drive unit of 2 x 1.5 kW to 2 x 15 kW
- Hardened break-off pins (construction -P)
- Task welded break-off discs (construction -D)
- Throughput capacity of 1 – 120 t/h
