Flake Crusher

Fine - but not too fine

With the Flake Crusher brittle, easily broken materials are  crushed gently.

Flake Crushers are also known as screen granulators, screen graters, screen breakers or strainers.

The material to be crushed is strained through a screen with the horizontal rotor. The crushing movement of the rotor can take place both in an oscillating and in a rotating manner.

Typically the circumferential speed is around 1 m/s. Due to this the Flake Crusher is often used in hazardous dust areas.
